A wake up call to Pilosi and the Democrat end of the Republicrat Rabble on this "Subpoena Power."

I have to point out for the honor of the constitution and top laws of the United States of America, in this case Governing the Legislature (oh and oddly enough in a parliamentary body the Prime Minister or Majority Leader is the #1 Job not Speaker), Pilosi stands a liar or severely ignorant of her barrowed powers (leant from the people), she has no Subpoena power, she is not executive like a Judge (referee/moderator to lawyers of the third branch, or Bar/Judicial) she or her majority can only reign or have power over impeachment, in which I say, go for it. Nail Bush Jr. on everything from constitutional violations to even oath violations spoken in obvious and I suppose alleged fraud. He increased Government by rebating not cutting taxes among other things, he still has unconstitutional offices which require nothing more than an executive order to constitutionalize government. He has Gun laws on the book enforced by his ATF he has an ATF and DEA and CIA and so on that expanded federal powers and makes use of them not to mention the (un)"Patriot Act" and DHS. Violating the 10th. He has not enforced the constitution he has raped it like Clinton and Bush Sr. before it. What evil lies next. Oh the income tax is there still. Has he worked, or at least done any good while working? No. The constitution states that tariffs and excise taxes (foreign goods or duty taxes) may be set to pay for the needs as perscribed by the US Constitution, not an income or sales tax by Feds like IRS Agents or the US Treasury on citizens. Such excise or tariff can be levied on foreign legals with working visas on thier services I suppose and affiliate program payments sent abroad, in some cases paying dues if they plan on citizenship or for access to the market. Basically a tariff and excise tax is a user fee to have access to the domestic market from abroad. Anyway, no subpoena power in congress, in fact I see nothing in the US Constitution about any committees other than the committee of the constituency represented (snide hyperbole, not quite in those words).

Google Removed, do to what I see as a trumped up charge and knee jerk reaction. Oh by the way, as for news.google.com's rss feeds beware my AntiVir Guard found "Trojan horse TR/Spy.Ban.df.138.A" and since I stopped using it, it never happened again.
